Cancellation and Refund Policy — Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@apbahome.net. Cancellations received by 5 pm Eastern time on February 26th will be eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations after that date, but substitutions will be allowed; that is, the registration may be transferred to another individual.
