This page sets forth the terms of use ("terms") under which you may use the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts’ (APBA) site (www.apbahome.net) and content. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and APBA. By using APBA’s site and content, you agree to be bound by these terms, in their entirety. If you do not accept the terms stated here, do not use www.apbahome.net and its content.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Association of Professional Behavior Analysts respects your privacy. No personal information you provide to us (such as your name, address, and e-mail address) will be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of APBA.

YOUR USE OF SITE AND CONTENTS

APBA authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from apbahome.net solely for your personal use. APBA contents are protected under both United States and foreign copyright and other laws.  All APBA content is the property of APBA or its content suppliers or clients.

You may not use  www.apbahome.net or other APBA-related platforms (e.g., social media accounts) in order to transmit, post, distribute, store or destroy material (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

You agree that you will not use the www.apbahome.net site, or other APBA-related platforms (e.g., social media accounts), in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the www.apbahome.netsite or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the www.apbahome.net site. You may not obtain, use or access, or attempt to obtain, use or access, any materials or information through any means not intentionally made publicly available or provided for through the www.apbahome.net site.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

APBA will not keep your credit card information. We ask you not to enter it on any APBA forms except payment forms, which are directed through our secure e-commerce provider.

Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and APBA does not use cookies to collect personal information. APBA is a professional membership association that shares information and resources through www.apbahome.net.
