Professional Bio
Molly Dubuque, MA, BCBA, LBA (KY) earned her master's degree in psychology (with an emphasis in behavior analysis) from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008. She has spent almost 25 years providing clinical services across multiple organizations, treatment settings and age groups as a technician, auditor, supervisor, clinical director, and training coordinator both domestically and internationally. Through her work in universities and clinical settings, Molly has supervised over 100 trainees who are now Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Molly is the Vice President of Clinical Standards and Outcomes at LittleStar ABA Therapy. In this role, she develops professional development sequences for staff and clinical processes for patients to ensure that both have a clear path for achieving their best outcomes. Molly has held previous positions as the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) Vice President and Secretary for the Executive Board and as the master’s representative from August 2018-August 2024. She has also served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis (NABA) and as a Representative and later President of the Kentucky Association for Behavior Analysis (KYABA). Her current research is focused on supervision and mentorship, assent and quality of life, and assessment-based instruction. Outside of work, Molly enjoys walking her dogs while listening to podcasts, playing pickleball with her husband, or cheering her son on in sports.
