Professional Bio
Chanti brings over 30 years of experience in the field of ABA, spanning diverse roles across home, school, residential, and community settings from local to multi-state organizations. Her career has focused on understanding and meeting client and stakeholder needs, driving her dedication to achieving clinical excellence and socially meaningful outcomes. Throughout her tenure, Chanti has collaborated closely with clinical and administrative teams to shape organizational objectives, emphasizing rigorous clinical standards. She earned an MS in ABA Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus, followed by an Education Specialist and Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida. Chanti has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2002, known for her expertise in early intensive behavioral intervention, training, supervision, and curriculum development. Currently, as Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at ABS Kids, she plays a pivotal role in developing key performance indicators, overseeing regulatory compliance in service documentation, advising operations in clinical standards and training development, and orchestrating public policy efforts. Additionally, she serves as Secretary on APBA’s Executive Committee, is an APBA representative member on the ABA Coding Coalition, and is a member of the Standards Committee with the Autism Commission on Quality.
