Professional Bio
Mawule is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) focused on addressing inequities in school disciplinary actions and promoting inclusive, culturally responsive practices. Her work supports professionals and educators in creating environments where all students, especially those from historically marginalized communities, can thrive. Mawule’s research interests include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with an emphasis on how systemic racism impacts the educational outcomes and mental health of Black children. She also serves as the chair of the DEI committee.
